Are shipments made to all countries worldwide?

Certainly. You can place an order from any location globally. In the event that the shipping company, for reasons beyond our control, cannot deliver to your city, we will promptly refund the full amount of your purchase. 

What is the estimated delivery time?

As we engage third-party services for the production and delivery of our works, which are created on demand, we are unable to provide a precise timeframe but an approximate one. Generally, under normal conditions, you can expect to receive (unframed) orders within a maximum of 2 weeks.  Please note that exceptional circumstances such as weather-related restrictions may extend this timeframe.

What happens if my order doesn't arrive?

If you don’t receive your order as expected, please contact our customer support at art@cristinaotero.com. We’ll promptly investigate and assist with a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.

How are the artworks delivered?

They are typically shipped unframed and securely rolled in a sturdy tube to prevent shipping damages. For smaller editions, prints are sent flat. In both delivery methods, the artworks are carefully protected with soft paper and include gloves for careful handling.

Is framing available?

Certainly. If desired, the art print can be expertly framed at an additional cost, payable through PayPal. For framing requests, please contact us at art@cristinaotero.com. Benefit from Cristina’s unique insight to ensure each work is framed thoughtfully and enhances the visual allure of your chosen artwork.

Is the payment method safe?

Yes. We utilize encrypted systems and partner with trusted platforms such as Stripe and PayPal, adhering to industry security standards.

What happens if the artwork arrives damaged?

In the event of a damaged product upon arrival, please send an email to art@cristinaotero.com along with a photograph depicting the damage. Subsequently, we will request an additional photograph showing the Art Print and the Certificate of Authenticity broken in half. Given that these are limited editions signed and numbered, we must ensure there is no duplicate copy for security reasons. Once we receive this photograph, we will promptly send you a new copy with the same numbering, prioritizing urgency, and at no extra cost to you.
